Yes SP1 is installed and I have never heard of that program and it does not show up as an installed program so I would say no.

Windows 7 Enterprise X64/Windows 10 Enterprise X64/Windows 10 Pro X64/Linux Mint

Press alt+control+delete at the same time, select task manager, find update.exe, right click it and select properties. See what program it is associated with.

I am not finding update.exe in my processes list. But this does not happen every time. Just sometimes.
