Hey guys.
I've noticed that my pc has been freezing up every now and again. Usually a few seconds or so during youtube videos but can be up to a minute when playing games.
However, there have been complete freezes with no response a few times and I've figured out that it happens when my monitors go on standby. It happens strangely sometimes, for example I left to go and see my Grandmother and came back to a freeze where it looked like it had happened DURING monitor standby because one monitor was on standby with a black screen and the orange "standby" light but the other was frozen with my desktop showing and the blue "on" light still showing. When I moved the mouse and tapped a few keys there was no response so I had to reset. It seems like a GPU problem but I really hope it doesn't warrant a new card because I'm skint :(

There was also a BSOD about a few days ago but it did not reoccur but I'll post the .dmp anyway.

I'm currently using Waterfox as my main browser if that helps.

Thanks in advance, chaps.

The blue screen seems to be cause by your Razer Keyboard which are known to cause BSOD's. I'd recommended switching keyboards and see if that helps. :ar: Driver Reference Table - Arctosa.sys

Do you think it has anything to do with the Razer Synapse program?
I was actually suspicious of the keyboard earlier this morning as everytime I was typing it started lagging. I've uninstalled the drivers now and I'm seeing if that helps because as far as I'm aware the driver only controls the media keys and I don't use them anyway. Would it just be fine using the Windows USB drivers? I'll report back later on because I'm going out and can leave the PC to go on standby and see if it freezes again.

EDIT: Uninstalled Arctosa drivers and Synapse.

You have an nVidia GPU and using the 320.18 driver release try rolling back to 314.22 and see how it goes.

Looks like getting rid of the Razer configuration manager and the Arctosa driver aswell as rolling back my nvida drivers stopped the big freezes. I'll see if the little ones return but at the moment it looks like problem solved! I'll mark as solved in a few days when I know for sure. Thanks for the help guys.
