Guys I don't know what about this error plz help

ERROR :explorer.exe
The remote procedure call failed and didnot execute

Thats the error, eventhough explorer.exe was process it would not execute

Can you provide more detail please? Where are you seeing this error? What are you doing at the time? Is it recurring? Reproducible?
