I did read that reply and I am no longer using a RAM card in that slot, so I figured that it would no longer be causing a problem.

Perform a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and tell us if the BSOD's continue.

I keep getting Memory related BSOD's now.... I ran memtest and found that one of my slots is busted but I am not using it anymore. What else can I do to find out what is causing these problems

What is your RAM configuration, i.e. what size and slots are populated?
You may need to adjust BIOS to match the RAM specs, volts and timings.

not gonna lie, when it comes to the interior of a computer I am completely inept, so pardon my loose descriptions. I have 4 slots from left to right one is black then blue then black then blue, I am using the left most blue slot (so the second from the left). My ram card is a Super Talent DDR3-1600 4gb. I would have no idea how to adjust my bios settings correctly or if they even needed adjusting.

To better help us to help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's the correct way to do it. :SystemInfo See Your System Specs Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built. Very important

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.

After doing this your specs will be available in each of your posts.
Click on My system Specs in the lower left of this post to see how it should look.:)
Full instructions are in the tutorial.

OK, nice job on your specs but adding the power supply info would help, the utility doesn't read that..

It sounds like you have your RAM in the right slot for a single stick. See the snip from your manual. I attached a copy of it too.
