Have you tried returning bios to default values (load optimised settings) this is good practise after bios update, then check ram settings are good ie voltage and timings, sometimes they need manual set

win7 64bit ultimate

I reset the BIOS to defaults before I flashed the most recent upgrade and then reset again after flashing just to make sure that everything was cleared out. Default values don't seem to help much, sadly.
