BSOD After finishing a League of Legends game, have info

Hello! So on my newly built computer (two weeks old maybe) I just finished playing a League of Legends match (videogame) and got a BSOD. Not sure if that program was that cause or if it was some kind of hardware issue, but I do have the information provided to me by windows when it automatically restarted.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 4a
    BCP1: 0000000076E5138A
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF88003B9CB60
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\061113-13587-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Alden\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-50185-0.sysdata.xml

Sorry if that's not enough information, but it's all I have for now. Any help or advice (or solutions! ) would be great. It seems to be running fine now, but I'd like to to take of this problem to avoid a BSOD again in the future.

    Thanks for your time. ^^

    Security App

Crashes indicate Bit Defender being a possible cause. Remove Bit Defender and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software. Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

       Information
    • Do not start the free trial of MalwareBytes, unselect that option when prompted.

    • Update and make full scans with both separately.

    Please uninstall this software:
WinRing0x64.sys Sat Jul 26 19:29:37 2008 - many different programs that center around the using of the WinRing libraries (RealTemp, Corsair Link2 (known BSOD issues w/Win8), Razer GameBooster, etc)

    Revo Uninstaller
Download and install Revo Uninstaller free from here: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries).

    Memtest86+

Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.        Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

       Tip
    Do this test overnight.

Thank you for the detailed reply and help! Before I go through everything you listed, just a few questions.

I paid 30$ for Bitdefender, do you think it's necessary to uninstall it to avoid a future BSOD? Obviously, I'd rather not throw my money down the drain unless it's required.

Also, you say to uninstall WinRing and that it is related to some programs I have used/still use. Will removing this software render it's related programs unusable? I love my Razer GameBooster ;x

That's all I'm wondering before I go through the steps you listed, thanks again for your help!

Umm Hey :) thanks for the rep.

I would say you to remove them just for testing purpose, if we know that they weren't creating a problem or causing your BSOD's, you can put them back to your system.

Here's a few more you should do:

    Hard Drive/Storage

Post disk summary using CrystalDiskInfo software: CrystalDiskInfo Standard Edition

    • For how to upload a screenshot or file, read here

Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

For errors on your Hard drive(s): How to Run Disk Check in Windows 7

    System Temperature

Ensure that there are no heat issues, For monitoring heat of the system use Speccy or HWMonitor

SFC /scannow to check windows for corruption:

How to Repair Windows 7 System Files with System File Checker
    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type Command Prompt
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type
    sfc /scannow
    and hit enter.
