Right off the bat I receive first a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL before welcome screen. second try reaches the welcome screen followed by DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION.
    will attach these two dumps.

EDIT: Gonna check up on this topic tomorrow, Thanks for todays help Skylais but its getting a tad late ^_^, hopefully wont take much longer to solve.

hmm. you updated the audio driver correct?
The next bsod was pointing at windows which is over a 90 percent chance not the issue. The bsod directly after still points at the audio card driver. I would say, disable driver verifier then run the pc normally and see what pops up next, lots of different suspects, but it seems we have mitigated a lot of damage. I think there should be less BSOD, and now we just gotta fix up whatevers left. Then if you would like we can talk about alternatives to daemon and we could try panda security again, but Microsoft security essentials may be the way to go as it usually never causes bsods.
As of now, lets disable driver verifier and run as normal.
You don't think any malware is on the machine correct?

Disable driver verifier. = Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

thanks for your cooperation so far, i know this may seem tedious:/

So far my machine is running fine without panda and driver verifier. I haven't had a BSOD as of yet. Could pandas rampant crashing be due to having essentials on as well without noticing? Anyways gona stress test the machine with some gaming, see how it fares for 1-2 days, after this i will try with panda again (its a good AV, sucks that it causes some of the BSODs). As for DAEMON there shouldnt be a need, I have the ISO backed up on my media drive and could easily burn it out, skipping it entirely.

Thanks again for all the help with this :)

Yes no problem! if you wanna learn anything just ask, i am not a complete expert but i might be able to teach u a thing or two. As well, sometimes the antiviruses interfere, but panda and MSE i wouldn't expect to honestly. I normally would only suggest having one antivirus, but as always you are the best antimalware there is. The internet has gotten a lot safer and don't follow my example but i run without an antivirus. Haven't had one malware issue in about 5 years. I would pick between panda, or MSE. But if you can get them both working without Bsods that is nice! Tell me how the pc fairs under stress:). nice cooperating with you.

first of the day, i expect more to come.

EDIT: after 2 rounds of verifier they both point back to pavTPK (panda) again. jsut as last time, though i doubt it is the issue here? the last 2 standard usage BSOD's ive gotten have been whilst playing Planetside 2. wouldnt be suprised if i again uninstalled panda and verified again it would point to the audio driver again.
