    BSOD at random times.

Getting a series of BSODs at random times, sometimes it happens at desktop, other times while watching a stream and I'm at a loss of what to do. Attaching the SF Diagnostic tool zip as requested.

    Overclocking
If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.
    Code:
    RTCore64.sys Tue Sep 6 18:24:50 2011 (4E661112)
       Warning
This is overclocking software and can lead to system instability and BSOD's. Please reset all components to their stock speeds and then remove the software.

Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7 and Win8). Also a part of many Asus utilities (Win8 versions available from Windows Update as an Optional Update - but check Asus first!)
    Code:
    ASACPI.sys Thu Jul 16 09:31:29 2009 (4A5E9F11)

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although we have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Thank Kat, I've run Checkdisk and scan now.. I removed Daemon tools as well and to my knowledge my system isn't overclocked, going to go ahead and follow up by doing the other things listed. Oh and I run malwarebytes regularly on my system.

Edit: I also forgot to mention for whatever reason my system refuses to install SP1, it fails constantly.. I've even tried to readiness tool which fails as well.
