Memtest86+

Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold. Thank Kat, I've run Checkdisk and scan now.. I removed Daemon tools as well and to my knowledge my system isn't overclocked, going to go ahead and follow up by doing the other things listed. Oh and I run malwarebytes regularly on my system.

Edit: I also forgot to mention for whatever reason my system refuses to install SP1, it fails constantly.. I've even tried to readiness tool which fails as well.

Your best way to start would be a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
