Several BSOD after unplugging USB mouse.

My problems all started a few days ago after inadvertently unplugging my mouse from the computer. Since then I have had a handful of bsod.
I have run memtest and it came back negative. I have also run chkdsk. This is the result of that test

I also ran the WD HD test utility and the drives have come back fine. I also have stress tested the video card without it failing.
I have already removed all epson drivers from system and reg. I also deleted and let windows re install the usb drivers.
