0x0d1 + 0x01e While idle and Playing games

    Greetings Seven Team,

I recently continue to get the crash error 0x0d1 and 0x01e while simply idle on my computer and when playing tera+vindictus, (My computer also freezes while I am idle) I have

    1. Scanned for malware and viruses

2.Ran mem test (Has not detected anything false

    3. Checked my games performance and updates

I still have not found anything wrong with my programs and or my computer. Everything was fine about 2 days ago and now everything has turned upside down with my computer. Please lend me assistance as soon as possible it continues to happen and I can barely stay on my computer for even more than an hour. I will upload my dump files below.

Note: I have updated my graphics card to its latest and I have removed my Norton because it was apparently a problem and replaced it with malwarebytes/ Microsoft security essentials

    Welcome to the forums E0nW0lf,

    Code:
    BugCheck D1, {fffff880012fdd18, 2, 8, fffff880012fdd18}

    Probably caused by : Ntfs.sys ( Ntfs! ?? ::NNGAKEGL::`string'+2bf0 )
    Code:
    Usual causes: Device driver
This bugcheck suggests that device driver have been attempted to access invalid memory addresses and perform read operations, and then interrupt the process whilst the IRQL level is too high.

    Code:
    3: kd> lmvm atikmdag
    start end module name

I think you may have the Beta version of the driver installed, please install the latest WHQL driver which is available here: AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

    WHQL
    Release Date: April 24th 2013
    Version: 13.4
    In Device Manager: 12.104
You only have 145 Windows Updates installed, I have currently 205 Windows Updates installed, please install all the available Windows Updates which will bring many stability and security improvements to your operating system.
    1. Start
    2. Type: Windows Update
    3. Check for Updates/Install Updates
    4. Reboot (if prompted)

    Greeting BlueRobot,

    Thanks for the early reply!
I have scanned my computer for updates but it does not mention any "important updates" only optional ones. What can I do to update my computer if it does not find it alone

Also can you please if you do not mind post a quick tutorial on how to update my driver im a bit confused that is why I downloaded the Beta instead of the recent one.

Also how can I fix the IRQL error?

What are the Optional Windows Updates offered?

Actually, a better method of determining if you have the Beta driver installed without having to make potentially unnecessarily changes, would be to check the version with the Device Manager.
    1. Start
    2. Type: Device Manager
    3. Expand Display Adapters
    4. Right-Click Device Name
    5. Properties
    6. Click Driver Tab
    7. Post a screenshot using Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

By the end of the steps, you should have a screenshot like this:

    Attachment 273660

By checking the driver versions, I can help you with your BSOD issue, since it seems the display driver at the moment seems a likely cause.

Well I actually uninstalled my whole driver and removed the AMD Catalyst program and checked the "remove all AMD..." and installed a new one through the AMD AutoDetect

My new date for my driver is 3/28/2013

    Driver Version 12.104.0.0

Display Adapter AMD Radeon HD 6530D

And it says the diver provider is Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

Okay it seems you have latest WHQL driver now, which is good, have you had any other BSOD issues?

    BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002cb7150, 0, ffffffffffffffff}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiReplenishPageSlist+c0 )
    Code:
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS
The graphics card drivers appeared within the raw stack again, I suspect there may be an issue with the card.

I suggest testing the graphics with Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark, and monitoring the temperature with GPU-Z Video card GPU Information Utility.

Do not let the temperature exceed 80*C. I suggest running the test for least 1-2 hour(s). Stop the test immediately if the temperature exceeds 80*C.

How many passes did you run Memtest86+ for?

I have passed memtest for atleast 5-10 passes but have not found anything. My memory does not seem to be the problem though i think it might be my graphics card in general which is odd because I did not have this problem in the time I had this computer nor did i have heating related problems with my graphics card.

Note: When I have the AC in my room turned up my computer does not seem to go on it's BSOD Rage.

Should i place a fan behind my computer for good measure and heat control?.

I will run stress test and GPU-Z and Tell you what i have found.

Another Note: This error only appears when i

1- Watch long hours of videos

2- Play Tera or Vindictus (Two games with exceedingly high graphics)

Still, Can this be the temperature of my computer? (My computer also resides next to my t.v which is always throwing out dangerous amounts of heat, i will move my computer immediately) or something completely different because for the most part when I place my hand at the back of my computer i feel no high temperature heat coming from the back.

Also would it be safe to open my computer and possibly switch the memory sticks? I have no experience in this and might need a tutorial on how to do this however.
