    After 12 days

30-8-13 BSOD while using firefox, with the PC on for less than 5 minutes. No dump, as you can see in the photo of the screen it couldn't even collect the data.

What is the warranty or return policy for your motherboard?

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

Enable the Special Pool option too.

I bought my PC in 2008, but I wouldn't bother try to return it, it would be better to get a newer one

what makes you certain that is my motherboard?

I didn't edit my post, it would have shown last edited like yours

The motherboard may potentially be a problem, I never said I was certain about it.

Your Canopus CD-ROM driver seems to be a possible cause, and very outdated like the other driver (predating Windows 7), do you know which device it is associated with?

    1) I couldn't find Special Pool option.

    2) I don't have any of this software installed, and I have never install any of them.

so if i delete that file manually my pc wont be able to enter windows from what I can guess.

I found in microsoft forum a rename for that file to PxHlpa64.old, the extension of the file to old. What do you think of that?

Others say that is a virus

1-9-13 Turned on the PC, haven’t done anything, after coming back to check it the PC didn’t send any signal to the monitor as a result for the monitor to go standby mode. Restarted went to action center and got the blue screen, dump was completed up to 95%.

What I figured so far is that BSOD occur when the PC is cold, but my room temp is 27 Celcius

    Code:
    BugCheck 3D, {fffff80000b9bc40, 0, 0, fffff88004a5e12a}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiInterruptHandler+29 )
I would say, that the 0x3D bugcheck is more related to drivers in my opinion, producing exceptions which do not have the appropriate exception handler routine and interrupt number within the IDT. However, we seem to have another flipped bit situation with this dump file.

The .old extension is usually related to drivers or files which were present with a repair install, have you performed a repair install?

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Use the "Select Additional Items From List" option.

Where did you get this information from? The driver is not a core Windows driver, it's a third-party driver used for CD/DVD drives. I would boot into Safe Mode, and then remove it from there.

    Repair install for what software?

the link where it says about changing the extension

    Windows\System32\Drivers\PxHlpa64.sys

for deleting the file, I ask you if you know what might happen. I don't have any of the software from your list but when I used the verifier the PC got blue screen just before entering windows. So you say it's used by a CD drive? I have to ATAPI and 1 SATA dvdwriters all LG

Use the "Select Additional Items From List" option. I can't find this option in verifier.
