BSOD during random time when laptop is on, error 0x0000009f

Hello all. I am having a problem with my laptop. It will occasionally showing BSOD error 0x0000009f during times (I cannot remember the exact time), but it mostly will show the BSOD when I left the laptop idle for a few minutes.
When I tried to shut down the machine, the Shutting Down process will take very long. I waited for 20 minutes the most, and it still haven't shut down.

Checking with the bluescreenview shows these:
    Filename : ntoskrnl.exe
    Address In Stack : ntoskrnl.exe+e96d2

    Attached is the SF_Diagnostics_Tool result

Thanks in advance for your helps

    Msinfo32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter > Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post. Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Crashes indicate Norton being a possible cause. Remove Norton and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software. Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

    Heat:
-Only use the laptop on a hard surface with nothing blocking any of the vents.
-Use a laptop cooling pad if possible
-Blow out all vents with canned air (DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner or an air compressor, they can damage the components).
-Ensure that the fan comes on and is blowing air out of the vent (may not happen at startup, but should happen after using it for a while).

    System Temperature

Ensure that there are no heat issues, For monitoring heat of the system use Speccy or HWMonitor

    Hello,

    I have done these things:
    1. Uninstall Norton
    2. Uninstall NVIDIA graphic drivers and Update with the latest driver
    3. Checkdisk
    4. SFC /Scannow
    5. TDSSKILLER
    6. CrystalDIsk software with the resulting info attached in the attached rar file
    7. Speccy screenshot in the rar file attached for temperatures
    8. Uninstall Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver and update the new one.

However the BSOD still happen occasionally.

    Things I notice:
    1. When uninstalling nVIDIA, I encounter another bluescreen PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I have to go to safe mode, uninstall NVIDIA driver, then back to normal windows, and use Driver Sweeper on NVIDIA graphic driver, then install the latest NVIDIA driver.

    2. If I try to Update the Intel HD driver directly from normal windows, during installation the screen will go dark for a long time and ended with a BSOD. I tried to uninstall the Intel HD driver from the safe mode. WHen the Intel HD driver is not installed, the shutdown process is very fast (normal), and I haven't encounter any BSOD during that. With the standard VGA Graphic driver only at this time. WHen I update with the latest version of Intel HD Graphics driver and restart the Laptop, The computer will again encounter the BSODs, and an endless waiting time during shutdown.

I have attached the dump informations again in my attachment.

    Thanks

Try not installing the Intel graphics driver and see if you get BSOD.

    Is the laptop under warranty?

I have tried uninstalling the HD graphic driver and using Standard VGA driver now. I left the Laptop on for 2 hours and the bluescreen doesnt happen anymore.

The laptop is still in warranty till 27 July 2013. Is it a hardware defect ?

    Probably, probably not.
If it continues blue screening I would use the warranty. See what they have to say.

Okay I will ask the service center regarding this.

Meanwhile will formatting the OS might fix the problem ? If so it might be a good idea to format it ?
