I tried previously with the one from Gigabytes site and it did no difference... Can this be a hardware problem?

When you tried this one earlier, you had other known crashers present.
So try it once again.
It might be a hardware issue, but as it is the onboard controller, the hardware is the motherboard in that case. We cannot blame the motherboard so easily.
Edit: Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.
I installed the drivers from Gigabyte. I'll scan now for viruses. Can it be from the ram memory?
Scaned, no viruses... What's the next step ? (((((((((( why is this happening !! ? ? ?? ! !
I just turned on the Pc, it usually crashes once every day, within 2 or 3 hours since i first start the pc. It will most likely crash. my plan of action will be to reinstall windows and turn off updates and if it still crashes i will buy a pci e network card.
ok, thanks for your assistance.
It appears that your install of windows is counterfeit, your product ID matches an Asus OEM_SLP key while your motherboard is a retail gigabyte model this is only possible through an exploit. Please purchase a legal copy of windows, format your drives and then re-install using the new legal copy of windows.
