I dont know what the problem is. It was doing this on Vista as well. I've looked at other threads and it looks like it could be anything from power source, to cooling unit to a faulty file. I tried a system repair and that didnt fix it, and I'm pretty sure it isnt heat related. im on windows professional 7 64 bit
