    Random Video hardware Error [sysdata.xml] [WERInternalMetadata.xml]


    Laptop is Extensa 4230
    Windows 7 Home Basic 32bit
    My laptop screen freezes randomly,
    sometimes it becomes operational after getting blackened for half a minute.
    Other times the screen just freezes, the cursor doesnt move, Task Manager doesnt open, nothing happens and I have to take out the battery to make it operational again.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    There were only two dmp-files included in zip-file and the MSINFO32.nfo is missing, if you need more help you have to follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

    1, Install SP1
    2, I recommend that you uninstall Komodo Firewall
    3, Update the following drivers:

    Intel Hd Graphics

    Atheros/D-Link WLAN Driver
