Locks up with a weird sound

    Hello

I used to have a problem a few months ago where my computer would lock up whilst playing BF3. I couldn't find the answer so i gave up and stopped playing BF3.
Now i have a new problem.
If im playing a game it will sometimes lock up and give me a weird sound through the speakers.
I recorded it with my phone
    [YOUT********.youtube.com/watch?v=d1j-1pjKM1M[/YOUTUBE]
    www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1j-1pjKM1M
    It is random.
I can sometimes go 6 hours without it happening, sometimes i can go 3 minutes and it will happen, other times 40 minutes.

It it does crash and give the weird sound, if i reboot it will do it again with 10 minutes, even if its just sitting on desktop.
The only temporary solution I've found is to turn everything off. Unplug the GPU from the PSU and then plug it back it and it won't crash for a week or so.

I updated my GPU drivers but that didnt make any difference.

My temps at full load are
    GPU:72c
    CPu:61c
    HDD:33c

    My specs are:
    Geforce GTX 460
    2 Quad CPU Q9550 @2.83GHZ
    Windows 7 64bit
    4GB Ram

As it doesn't give me a BSOD i was abit unsure what to post, so i followed Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers and it gave me a BSOD.
I've attached all the files need i hope.
Although they will contain my old BF3 crash dumps

The first parameter or argument has the value of 0x0, which is a Machine Check Exception, which means the CPU has detected a hardware problem and the address points to a processor error because the CPU has found one, so it could be a different form of hardware which is causing the issue.

In such a situation, it is best to use these steps:

Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).

All the hardware seeming to be running stable and tests reporting no errors, could mean a bad motherboard.

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG
    Code:

    start end module name

AVG seems to be a possible cause, and is known to cause BSODs, please remove the program entirely using the AVG Removal Tool, and then installing and running full scans with these free and proven alternatives which work the best with the operating system due to their compatibility and lightweight nature on system resources.

Install and perform full scans with:

       Information
Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Genius Professional Edition
    Start Menu\Programs\DriverMax
Driver updating programs usually install corrupt or incompatible drivers for the hardware, the best method is to check the motherboard vendor's site or the hardware vendor.
