I just bought a mobo/cpu combo. My video card is about 3 years old. Keyboard, mouse, and soundcard are about 5 years old.

I installed Windows 7 x64 yesterday. It has been giving me BSODs. They are usually 0x0000001e or 0x0000007e, but I've had a few others. Sometimes it mentions the NT kernal file, sometimes a direct x file. After it restarts, and Windows boots, I usually can't use my mouse. I have to unplug it, and plug it back in.

I installed the most updated drivers for my video card.

I came here because I don't know really know how to read the dump reports.

It's not giving me a lot to go on, at this point I would suggest turning on windows update and letting it go to town.
    Launchpad has crashed
the usb driver has crashed multiple times.
You've gotten a file system error or two in there as well.

Judging by a few of the drivers I saw I'm guessing the motherboard is by ASUS?
IF this is the case going directly to their site and getting the latest drivers for it are a must (you can ignore bios updates though)

I'm a little out of practice at reading debug info myself, but it's a complete mess in there right now.
