BSOD after restart after installing Norton Internet Security 2013

So this is what happened exactly:

I've re-installed windows 7 several times. Usually I install windows 7 > run windows update until there's nothing to update > install latest audio/graphics drivers > install Anti Virus

I always restart after installing Norton Internet Security 2013 since after it patches it closes down my audio process but fails to restart it properly. So I selected restart, walked away to grab a cup of coffee. Returning I log in and then get a message that Windows unexpectedly shut down. The weirdest thing happened apparently in the 1 minute I walked out of the room. I went to go check and windows generated a dmp file. Could someone check it and please tell me what happened? The last thing I remember when I walked out of the room was windows shut down screen, I did not actually see a BSOD but windows is reporting that there was one in the error message that popped out.

    Please and thank you.

    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

I would think the first step to try would be to uninstall Norton as it can cause BSOD's.

    Norton Removal Tool

As an alternative, please download and install:

    Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

       Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

    Then monitor the situation.

    Cheers
