THat link says I am not allowed either because not got a sufficient account or page has been removed. PSU is the Dell Alienware Area 51 PSU

Graphics 2008, TV Card 2010, Soundcard 2012, RAM 2011, CPU was Secondhand it reads (IntelRTM '06)

It crashed again during night! and Graphics card keeps failing (screen flickers and then the card says it's recovered, last time that was caused by bad driver (I got the latest CCC)

Probably because of the low post count but try this one PSU - Jump Start

if this one doesn't work I will ask if I can copy paste the other one as it is better and well I think you need to look at the PSU.

    Electrocuted? That means death.
I'll ask a BSOD teamer to look at your dumps.

    Configure dumps
First, we want to make sure the computer is saving your dump files. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Startup and Recovery [Settings] Make sure that "Write Debugging Information" is set to Small Memory Dump (256kb) if it is not already. Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Next, make sure that the folder C:\Windows\Minidump exists. If not, create it (allow permission if asked). Make sure any dumps you want to analyze, whether yours or others', are in this folder. You can ZIP/RAR the files and send them to someone else to analyze as well.

I already have it set up that way, and I just got a memory Management BSOD!

SO now starts the long problems on BSOD every 10-12 hours

Could it be I am running Windows 7 on a non compatible PC? Would Downgrading to XP (i knwo i will lose 64bit) make it work better?

Display driver is causing some issues here.
    Code:
    fffff880`091c6698 fffff880`04adc703Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
     atikmdag+0xb0703
    And it is old.
    Code:

    Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.
