Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit & Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

Any of these graphic cards should work - Desktop Graphics Cards, PCI Express 2.0 x16, low profile video card pci express x16

Your Motherboard maxes out the memory at 8 GB DDR2-Synch DRAM

microsoft windows 7 professional

Is it possible to change the graphics card for the mother board?

Just looked it up. Seems really complicated.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit & Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

Take a look at this manual

Installing the graphics card is pretty easy . Its just a straight down installation into the slot .

If you want to upgrade your memory look for a 8GB Dual Channel memory kit (PC2-6400)
