BSOD at seemingly random times, stop 0x000000e3

    Hello everyone,
This has been happening for quite some time, and I can't seem to figure out what the issue is. I'm usually pretty good at figuring these things out, but alas, I have hit a brick wall. My BSOD's seem to be happening at random times. Sometimes while playing games, other times when the system boots. I can play games without a problem at all occasionally. Any help would be great guys, thank you. (SF_Diagnostic zip in attachments)
(EDIT: I have a typo in my title, it's stop 3b not e3)

Your Windows 7 is counterfeit . You're using a key from an OEM (Acer) while you're using a retail motherboard . You would have to purchase a legit Windows 7 DVD and reinstall the OS .

Well sh*t. Thanks guys. I guess that's the last time I give a friend a budget and he gets something together for me. I appreciate the help on that.
