BSOD when trying to open email through windows start menu.

BSOD when trying to open email through windows start menu. And I was playing Borderlands 2 in the background.

Hi all. In vista you could open a files location from the start menu by right clicking it.But in windows 7 i cant.Is there a way to enable it.Or does anyone know the string for regedit so i can add it?.. As you can see the screen-shot below. Thanks
