Random idle BSOD 0x124 @ ntoskrnl.exe. Multiple times / day

The dreaded 124 error again... Crashing in either the NTOSKrnl.exe or Hal.exe

Completely new system with the following hardware:
    Motherboard: Asrock B75 Pro-M
    CPU: Intel i5 3570K
    Mem: Kingston ValueRAM 1x 4GB 1333MHz
    Disk: Samsung 120GB 840 SSD
GPU: Internal Intel HD Graphics 4000
    OS: Windows 7 x64

The BSOD occurs roughly once a day. Even when the computer is idle overnight.
EDIT: Recently it started occuring more frequently

    What I already tried:
    - Complete Windows 7 x64 Reïnstall. (Secure SSD wipe from bootable USB)
    - Replace memory completely with different brand / type
    - Downclocking memory to 1066MHz
    - Place memory in all 4 slots
    - Running Memtest many hours
    - Update Motherboard BIOS
    - Install latest drivers for all devices
    - Disconnecting USB devices (printer(s), etc)
    - Overvolting the CPU (either 50 or 100mV)
    - Disabling USB 3.0 ports completely in the BIOS

Hopefully something can be found in the added BSOD info attached to this topic. So far I recorded 2 BSODs over the last 3 days.
EDIT: Many more BSOD crash reports have been added in a lower post

Just exhausted my last 2 options I could think of:

    - Overvolting the CPU (VCORE) by +50mv from the BIOS
    - Disabling USB 3.0 ports all together in the BIOS

Please reset the BIOS settings back to their default values - How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).

All the hardware seeming to be running stable and tests reporting no errors, could mean a bad motherboard.

    Thank you for your reply.

Are you sure that all the hardware is running stable? From the report you posted I read this:

    Error : GCACHEL2_ERR_ERR (Proc 3 Bank 7)

Could that not mean that the CPU is bad? Considering the L2 cache has invalid values with specific bank numbers?

I already tried resetting the BIOS (both with jumper as 'soft reset' factory defaults from the menu. BSODs keep happening.

Also, I have run both Memtest and Prime95 stresstests before as indicated by the link you posted. These show no abnormalities. This is in line with the fact that the BSODs are not seemingly linked to system usage / stress but also happen randomly.
