    i really dont know what happened, after configuring crystaldisk and everytime bsod appears then i do system restore, its been already a day that bsod not appearing .

    only the windows defender i havent tried, everything else is done .

    Back up your stuff.
    Did you run the hard drive diagnostic procedure

    whats hard drive diagnostic ? is it the SF Diagnostic Tool ?

    i did hard drive diagnostic test but it wont finish, bsod appears always .
