Frequent Restarting, Occasional BSOD, Trouble Booting Normally

So, I came back to my computer after leaving it on, and it was shut down. When trying to reboot normally, it was freezing at the "Starting Windows" screen. I could successfully boot into Safe mode, but not with networking. I then posted a thread here:

Windows hangs at startup (you can read what I did in there)

So I was still having trouble booting, and it booted a few times "normally". However, things were not normal: no network, sound, or other basic features. Also, MSE was uninstalled. So I thought it was a virus. I reinstalled MSE and it detected a virus. I got help for this here: Win64/sirefef Virus (again) - TechSpot Forums and my computer starting booting normally again and it was determined my computer never had a virus. Things seemed back to normal...

Then my computer started freezing and just going black and restarting. Sometimes when restarting I would get a BSOD, sometimes I would hang at "Starting Windows", and sometimes it would boot just fine. After booting fine, a BSOD or restart would occur a minute after booting, and it has lasted as long as 3 hours before any problems.

So right now, I am still having constant reboots, occasional BSOD, and sometimes after a reboot my computer hangs at "Starting Windows". The reboots seem to have no pattern, but many have come when just browsing Chrome. Any help would be appreciated! Here are my computer specs: Series 7 Chronos - TECH SPECS | SAMSUNG

    I attached the file requested.

    Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.

The MSINFO32 is incomplete .... upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

    Let us know the results.

    Installing those drivers didn't work.

But I went to run a burn test, and I noticed that it was using my integrated graphics card. I told that program to use my dedicated, but it still only recognizes my integrated. Should I run this burn test with my integrated? I can't figure out how to get it to use my dedicated.

I am going to move on to the RAM test overnight.

My computer always has felt hot, with the processor idling at low 60s C, reaching maxes of like 75 C. I ran a stress test yesterday and it was steady with no error at mid 90s. I will get you a Speccy summary later.

    I am not overclocking.

I am unsure how to use that link for the PSU.

I attached the MSINFO file requested.

EDIT: Since I installed the driver Vista linked me (Windows hangs at startup) I have not had a reboot if that means anything.

Try to disable the integrated graphics and then run furmark?

What exactly happens when you click the driver auto-detect button on AMD's page?

When disabling my integrated graphics card, my computer resolution got all funky and Furmark wouldn't even open.

I attached a picture of the error for the AMD automatic driver install program.
