    BSOD Randomly PxHlpa64.sys+3074

Hello, I have had this computer for ever and not until a year ago it started doing this. It at first was like once every month. Now it is becoming daily and it is time I fix it.

What I did was got BlueScreenView to read my Dumps and get information on what was causing the issue. From what I got was this:
    hal.dll+12a3b
    ntoskrnl.exe+18c443
    Bug Check Code: 0x00000124

I researched and it turned out of a possibility of being a hardware issue. Now, my computer is a laptop so first thing I read and suspected was over heating. Today, I built a custom cooler with 3 fans. Each going to different areas of the pc. This lowered temperatures very well but did not fix the issue.

So, I ran a MemTest that I installed on a USB and did not get any errors. It passed

Once I did that I read something here:
    BSOD - Win7 x64 - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - ntoskrnl.exe+75c00 - Microsoft Community

about running verifier to seek out what specific driver was wrong. I did this and got a new BSOD instantly after restarting. Here is the info:
    ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+5034ec fffff800`03611000 fffff800`03bf7000 0x005e6000 0x5147d9c6 3/18/2013 11:21:42 PM Microsoft® Windows® Operating System NT Kernel & System 6.1.7601.18113 (win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533) Microsoft Corporation C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

    PxHlpa64.sys PxHlpa64.sys+3074 fffff880`0131b000 fffff880`013271a0 0x0000c1a0 0x4f96e245 4/24/2012 1:26:29 PM PxHlpa64 Px Engine Device Driver for 64-bit (x86-64)

Please if you can help me with this issue as I do not know what to do. Down below is a collection of all my Minidumps as far as the beginning of June:

Now this is the one that is different. The one that crashed using Verifier to find the drive:

    NomadsBoy welcome to SevenForums

This driver PxHlpa64.sys has to do with burning software

Software that use this driver . Either uninstall the program or reinstall

Thanks for responding I am nearly 100% sure it is Roxio Software because now that I think back these issues started when I bought the software. I will report back and see if this fixes the issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Sad to say the BSOD still continue. I uninstalled EVERY single Burning software I had related to dvds. Then I got another BSOD. Doing the verifier method I got RTKVHD64.sys From looking it is my sound card driver. I am going to uninstall it and reinstall it to see if this fixes the issue.
