    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe/ntoskrnl.exe+75c00

okay so I've been having problems with this computer since day one. and its not even a year old. I just redid my HDD casue my windows 7 just bricked out of no where couldnt get into safe mode either. so got my files and redid my pc. and now i keep getting this error. i posted the results from the diagnostics tool. i'm starting to think maybe the SSD that the os is installed on is bad or maybe my ram is bad.

Did you use an OEM System Builder Win7 Product Key on the PC? Is it Activated at Computer>Properties?

Compare the install you did to the same perfect install here in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If it varied much in how you handled drivers or anything else then I would redo it so you know you have a perfect baseline install for troubleshooting purposes so you can focus then on the hardware.

Otherwise work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

The BSOD analysts should also produce an analysis that may shed some light.

Uninstall your current antivirus as it is contributing to your BSOD's. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:
    • Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes

You may also take a look at:

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although we have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). Please uninstall Daemon Tools.

    Reduce items at start up:
Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.

    Upload a screenshot using:
For how to upload a screenshot or file, read here

Test your Hard Drive by running:

Use the System File Checker tool and Run Disk Check:

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
    Take 10 passes

Keep us posted of the results.

Yes my copy of windows is genuine I have a serial code on the side of my custom built PC I used. I will try to run a memtest in the morning while that way its runs while I'm at work and school. and then I'll run a hard drive diagnostic. and the rest i do them as soon as i can and get back to you with the results.

alright well i havent had time to do a mem test or hard drive test. hopefully get them done this week i would still like to do both test. had to redo my computer 2 days after the last redo. but this time i didnt put daemon tools pro back on and haven't had a BSOD since some perhaps that may have been the problem got my avast on and has not been causeing me trouble. but now that i'm out like money for the software i still need a virtual CD-ROM program any suggestions.

Daemon Tools is not and has never been compatible with Win7. If they sold you it on that premise then you should get your money back. Tell them we said so.

I asked you earlier if you'd stuck closely to the steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which assure you'll get and keep a perfect install as long as you use the tools and methods given.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

@gregrocker yes i did a clean install but I had a issue with something so i redid my computer again. and this time when i installed all my software i didnt install daemon tools pro advance and haven't had a problem since. lol i wish i could get my money back but it has been over a year but i sent some angry messages anyway asking for a refund lol.

This time i created a back up image of my PC just in case anything goes wrong and I'm just gonna use a mix of power-ISO and magic ISO just cause magic ISO can rip and make good images for my ps2 games and play station games.

Thanks guys for all your help much appreciated.
