    Hi,
No dump file is present in your upload.

Please navigate to C:\windows\minidump and Upload the files if present.

If no files are logged, be sure you have windows configured correctly, you want Minidumps:

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

Then re-run the SF Tool and post after your next crash.

In the meantime, you can try updating your ATI Radeon HD drivers as they are out dated.

Uninstall all ATI drivers, Catalyst Control Centre following this method.

This is the Latest Version Display Driver ver. 12.104, that you will need.

    Also from your Event Logs:

    Code:

    Event[946]:
      Log Name: Application
      Source: Microsoft-Windows-CAPI2
      Date: 2013-08-23T08:10:57.366
      Event ID: 4107
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: Info
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Alex-PC
      Description:
Failed extract of third-party root list from auto
update cab at: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.co...uthrootstl.cab> with error:
A required certificate is not within its validity period when
verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
    1. Do you experience incorrect time and date settings on your computer regular?
    2. Do you get any Checksum errors at Boot?

If so, replace the CMOS battery on the Motherboard, otherwise:

Please follow: Event ID 4107 or Event ID 11 is logged in the Application log in Windows and in Windows Server

Please uninstall Reg clean Pro, Widows 7 does not need such registry cleaners and they may
do more harm than good. If you need to use a registry cleaner CCleaner is recommended.

    Cheers

    Yes that is correct.

Update your Ati driver as shown, then play games as normal and

we will have to wait for another BSOD (hopefully not).

If you BSOD again. run the SF Tool and post up the logs.

    cheers

    Hi

Your logs showed the Ati driver was from 2012.

Run these tests and post back any results:

Run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:
    • Click on Start > Type in search cmd
Right-click cmd after results are displayed and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt
(Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow)
    SFC Tutorial

       Note
Select option two. If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately
reboot the computer after each scan.

Also run chkdsk in an elevated command prompt in order to check for file system errors and bad sectors on your HDD:

    • Click on Start>Type in search cmd
    • Right click cmd and Run as Administrator
    • At the command prompt please type: chkdsk /f/r
(There is a space between chkdsk and /f/r)
    Chkdsk Tutorial

    Test your memory:

Try re-seating the RAM, ensure they are free from dust, and seated properly.
Then run memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
       Tip
Run these tests overnight, pay particular attention to #3 in tutorial if errors occur

    cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback :) Those temps look ok, not excessive.

Okay the next step is to test the memory.

Also re-run the SF Tool again and post up the new logs please.

If order to eliminate overheating issues:

    1. Power off the computer and unplug from the mains.

    2. Remove the case cover and check the fans are free from dust.
(Good time to re-seat the RAM modules and ensure slots are dust free)

    3. Check the CPU is seated properly and clean and re-apply Thermal Cooling Paste.

    4. Power up the computer and check all fans are spinning, especially PSU and CPU fans.

If the above does not solve your issue, then run some hardware tests:

Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95: Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest: CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Monitor temperature of the system during the tests with HWMonitor

    Post back any results

    cheers

    Dave
