I ran memtest86x about 3 weeks ago and tested them separately for a bunch of passes. Here are the results

Ok. Yeah I have. I even checked through the windows updater thing. I have a logitech G400 mouse for extra info because I read somewhere that it cold cause BSOD problems but the drivers for the mouse are updated as well. For my graphics card I just updated it yesterday, It pops up whenever there is a new update

AdwCleaner
Click here AdwCleaner
Click on Download Now button
Save to the Desktop
Right-click on AdwCleaner.exe and choose
Click on Delete and confirm the prompt.
Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
Upload the log : The log file is at C:\AdwCleaner[Sn].txt
Download Junkware Removal Toolkit
Click here Junkware Removal Tool to download
Drag the JRT.exe from the Downloads folder to your Desktop
Right click JRT.exe and choose
Once done upload the JRT.txt file

Please remove ESET Smart Security as it is causing issues:

As an alternative please install:
Microsoft Security Essentials.

How is the system after ESET removed? Please upload a new log if you experience another crash.
