    Blue screen for Memory Management

Hey, I've been having this recurring problem with BSOD. I read the BSOD posting instructions, downloaded the SF Diagnostic Tool, ran it and it said that all modules were copied successfully. I can't find the folder in my desktop, however. It's not in c:\users\[username]\desktop either. My username's folder icon has a lock in it. How can I find it?

Windows 7 created minidump of the BSOD event and this is how it looks like on BlueScreenView program.

    Run a memtest

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Remove lock from the Users folder

Remove the Lock Icon from a Folder in Windows 7
