    No BSOD but similar issues

Hello, I'm new to the forums but I've seen them around quite often.

I'm having a little problem with my Lenovo G560, comes with 4GB DDR3 and I've added another 4GB, in case that has anything to do with the problem.

My computer hangs sometimes and I have to manually restart it, there's no BSOD or anything. Just now, a few minutes ago, the Windows 7 theme changed color and my internet connection cut out, I had to disable and re-enable the interface for it to switch back to the original theme and start working again. I think it had something to do svchost but don't know why.

I will upload the output from the diagnostics tool you have on the forums.

It would be great if someone could elaborate on what you look for when reading the log files, I'm sure there are a few keywords to ctrl+f to that make the procedure a lot faster.

    Thanks!

You appear to have an HP OEM installed to a LENOVA laptop.....that is not possible.
