Follow Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery

But, you should go for a clean reinstall. Back your data up externally following Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console and then go for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 ...... you need to get rid of those lenovo bloatware.

You need to do a power cycle.

Shut down the computer. Remove the charger. Remove the battery too, so that there may not be any source of power available. Now press and hold the power button for say 30 seconds. Hopefully it will drain all the remaining power out.

Now put the battery back. Plug in the charger and power on the computer.

Try it. If still not working, better you bring it to a technician. Laptop's hardware is too complicated as I find.

How did you manage the screen to work? Let us know?

I literally just replaced the RAM 2 or 3 days ago cuz of bad RAM unless I shud do it again? And is that graphics card test like a memtest? Don't need to fully boot up the comp? And I just let my laptop sit running for like 2 mins then the screen would come on

What you are having is a hardware error. If you want to point the error out, you need to perform those tests.

No, Furmark test runs from the desktop. If you cannot run furmark, you can run memtest. If memtest comes free from errors, and you cannot run furmark at all, blame the GPU for the mess.
