    Okay, CPUID is giving the wrong voltages, otherwise you wouldn't even be able to boot.

    Do you have any spare PSUs to test with?

    How old is the PSU? What brand and wattage?

    Run the GPU and GPU Memory test, this will only display the voltages when under load:

    I would also post a screenshot of eXtreme Power Supply Calculator

    Are you performing any overclocking?

    It's about a week old. It's a new PC. I can tell you the brand and wattage after I get off work. I'm just running it regularly.
