    This seems to be generic timeout error reported by the CPU, therefore the CPU has found a hardware error and reported this error with a Machine Check Exception, but wasn't able to identify which form of hardware of causing the problem.

    I would check for any potential BIOS updates:

    That 12V rail looks a little low in my opinion, I would download and double check with HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
