Based on the photographs you posted earlier, we will want to see the results of those tests first. No bugchecking prior to that will be helpful in real. There is some hardware error.

In three passes memtest reported 1.57 million errors.
I have contacted mfr for warranty support. Thanks for solving this.

RAM errors may cause BSODs anytime, irrespective the level of usage. But, as the replacement may take a few days, you can use the computer. If it crashes frequently, stop using, as it may cause more damage.

Let us know how it is running with the replacement RAM.

Hello again ARC!

I replaced my memory and reran memtest86+, updated BIOS, reset BIOS defaults, reset HD controller to RAID-enabled did windows repair (twice) and my system appears fixed.

I'm okay except that Office 2007 will not allow authentication and when I called the computer said my license is not legal. This is ridiculous I have had it forever and once before had to call to get the auth code fixed after a multiple-crash event. I will try to find a human telephone number to fix this problem.

My other new problem is an unidentified hardware in device manager needing a missing driver, but I cannot identify which hardware. Any ideas to identify which driver is missing?

Thanks

A Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 can cure both the issues.

Still, if it is over a week without BSODs, you may close this thread by marking it as solved and start new thread in hardware section for the issue.

Hi everyone, I'm on a self built PC which is running fine, but every few days it crashes with a BSOD. Although there are 2-3 different causes, I believe I have fixed one (dxgkrnl.sys) by updating DirectX. The one I can't find a solution for online is the ntoskrnl.exe crash. One crash is a return...

Hi. I am getting the BSOD more frequently in a random way. I did my homework as stated here in some posts: I verified for malware (2 different software and not my own one) I verified for Disk I verified for Memory. All seems OK.
