BSOD's when exiting programs

I've experienced several BSOD's for the past two weeks.
I noticed that they happen when exiting certain programs such as - Sierrachart/Transact (both of these programs run together as one platform)- when pressing the X button to quit and after pressing YES to quit when asked by the program I get the bluescreens

out of 5 BSOD's most of them were related to the problem above

the other one or two BSOD's werent related to the problem above but I if a remember correct it happend while exiting a different program

I've attached the dumps

Thanks in advance for ur kind help!

Uninstall your current antivirus as it is contributing to your BSOD's. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:
Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Malwarebytes Free
  • Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although we have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). Please uninstall Daemon Tools.

Tip   Tip
  • Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.

Thank you

Just to understand better - from what u could see the problem is with the antivirus and the other steps u recommended are for extra checks?

I ran my Dell diagnostics with deep memory test and could find any hardware issue

Anyway I've just uninstalled the antivirus, hopefully that will help

thanks again!
