I check memtest86 and scanned HD everything was ok.

I updated the Diagnostic file; I hope that's what you were referring to.

    Thanks :)

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

How many passes did you run MemTest86+ for? What hard drive diagnostics did you run?

I did 6 passes with memtest and ran windows HD error checker. About 20 minutes ago I did a restart and it said Bios was corrupted and reverted back to the old Bios.

6 passes isn't enough, and what do you mean by reverted to the old BIOS? Did you flash the BIOS again?

How many times do you recommended? And my mobo has dual bios so it went back to the original before I updated.

I would recommend least 9-10 passes to give adequate testing, since pass performs a different number of tests.
