Your issue is not a driver issue, that can be said at this point.

Disable DV now. For further BSODs, better if we search the hardware for the reasons.
    And Steam.

The issue is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, BugCheck A.
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

    • Bios Release Date = 05/27/2013. So it is latest one, cannot be the root of the issue.
    • Compatibility is also not a big issue in today's systems.
    • Virus Scanned is MSE, which is not an issue, too.
    • I hope you have done a clean reinstall lately, 4 days ago? So we cannot blame neither Windows nor system services.
    • Bo backup tool I found there, if I havent missed any.
    • Driver verifier didn't crash even yet. So we can nullify the chance of a defective driver.

Only two things can be done, as more. Check some other hardware too. And observe if it is crashing other than during gaming.

i did a clean reinstall. i booted up with the windows 7 ultimate 64 bit dvd and went through the procedure to get to the harddrive selection part. and chose the ssd and deleted it and formatted it and chose to install on it. and it installed. it finished into windows pulled out the dvd and began reinstalling some programs i use daily. like mirc, razer, utorrent, dc++, steelseries, sound blaster z, ssd magician, msi afterburner, cpu-z, origin. games: steam, diablo 3, and updated some few others.
how do we know if bsod's give a false positive? what do we need to check?

i think something weird happened idk what. i just tested the ram with memtest86+ and no errors.
but i found this in eventlog just a few minutes after it rebooted.

Name resolution for the name _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.iad.ventelo.no timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

there was nothing else during the time i might have had the bsod with warnings or errors in eventviewer.

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.
Do it twice. Once after running the computer normally for 1 hour; and one after playing the game for 10 minutes.

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.

Also let us know about the wattage of your PSU.

i am not overclocking. i had the AIsuiteII using the turbo settings on the cpu wich was 3800mhz but i figured out how to turn it off so now its going with 3600mhz. i recently put on thermal compound on the cpu so the degrees went from around 40 celcius down to 30 celcius, atleast thats what aisuite 2 shows.
i have a 1050 watt xfx psu. and the psu calculator shows 458 - 526 excluding a pci express x16 card.
seatools passed the long generic test. but it didnt find 2 hdd's. probably cause they are empty and recently formatted.
