BSOD related to GPU while gaming

On a couple of occasions today while I was playing league of legends, my screen would freeze for a couple of seconds before turning black. Sometimes the game would return to normal, other times it would continue so or even give me a BSOD. The event has occured 6 times since yesterday, 5 of them today alone, and each one gives me the BCCode 117:

Apparently I didn't attach the dump file properly. Hope it works now.

After looking at CCC to try and see the heat of the GPU, it was about 70-80 degrees celcius. A few minutes after my computer crashed again and it would do so everytime I went past the login screen. After a system recovery and a crash more, I have been able to start it again without crashing instantly, but I'm certain it will do it again.
