PC freezes - Kernel Power 41 critical error.

Hi all. I hope you can help me because I've been reading a lot of information on the net, trying fixes and I can't get rid of my problem.

I build a new PC two weeks ago and decided to install Windows 7. The system started freezing right away. At first I supposed it was outdated BIOS or drivers related so I flashed the BIOS and updated all drivers available from the Asus website. I still had crashes while navigating, playing, watching clips, etc.
The errors are always the same.

I continued to find a solution online and read that energy saving states like sleep or hibernate could cause system hang-up so I created a custom energy plan and disabled all energy saving options. Still the same results.
At that time my system crashed quite frequently.
I think my problem is described in this Microsoft article, in scenario 3.
Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2
I don't have BSOD but I believe that's because of my system previous settings.
Last thing I tried was changing some options in flash player. Now the freezes only appear to happen when the PC is left alone for a long time.

I don't have a minidump file because I didn't have a hang since I changed the configuration you suggested.
Attached is the zipped SF folder.
I don't know what else to do. Please, can you help me?

Well, I dont know Spanish, but still trying to read your logs.

It means an unexpected shutdown ... am I right?

And it is followed by the loading of Avgmfx64, AVG Mini-Filter Resident Anti-Virus Shield.

Every unexpected shutdown if followed by this event.

AVG is a known issue. Uninstall AVG, at least as a test. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Also make two more things sure. Check for any available updates for Asmedia 106x SATA Host Controller Driver and any available firmware for Samsung SSD 840 PRO.

    Thanks for your help.
Yes, it means last shutdown was unexpected and shows the time.
The second message means file system filter Avgmfx64 correctly loaded and registered at the filter manager.
OK. I will remove AVG and PC Tools firewall and install Microsoft Security Essentials. I have Malwarebytes already installed. I'll do the scans and report back here later.
I updated the Asmedia driver and flashed the SSD firmware last week but I'll check for new versions.

Well, I did full system scans using Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. Both reported no malware found.
I confirmed that Asmedia driver and Samsung SSD firmware are updated.
I think the next step would be to leave my system sharing files over night for a couple of days.
I'll let you know on saturday or earlier if I have a new hang-up. Thanks.

I've been testing my system's stability for the past two days and I didn't have a single crash. Oh! I'm so relieved now.
Arc, you have been of great help. Thank you very much.
