Well i guess this is a good time to replace my drive, thanks so much for the help.
Im hoping this was the root cause so then this problem will never bother me.
Welcome, and disconnect the CD/DVD drive first, and then use the computer as you normally would for a few days.
I seem to be cursed or something since it crashed just a few minutes ago but the whole computer froze and hard to hard reset, no sound and all.

Was the CD/DVD drive disconnected when this happened?
