BSOD Error 0x00000119

I know that it is a graphic card related issue. HOw can I troubleshoot this to find out the causse of the problem?

Just update the drivers

Hi Centaur78, my apologies on not elaborating on the issue.

I was running on the 13.4 drivers and I was getting frequent BSODs, ranging from 119 error to 0B0.

I've been using the 13.6 Beta drivers and I still ocassionally get BSODS and more frequently my AMD Drivers keep freezing and not responding, it causes my screen to freeze for a little bit, then the screen flashes blank and then it reverts back to normal.

Very interesting... you have all the different Bugcheck code pointing to ati and memory (probably the video RAM in this case.)

well since you have updated the drivers to the latest... follow the below and report back


1. Update you motherboard BIOS to the latest version FH

2. Remove all the ATI software .. that means the CCC control center, Hydravision, ATI overclock tool etc... only the drivers need to be installed... Use driversweeper if you want to reinstall the stable driver for your graphics card.

3. Please run HwMonitor to post a snapshot of the temps

4. After running the steps 1, 2 , 3.... Please run Autoruns and then click on File> Save.. Save the file in .arn format and upload here.

5. Please remove Spybot Search and Destroy ... You already have Malwarebytes installed.. thats good enough.

6. What is you PSU wattage ??

I'm unable to update the BIOS. It says...

Error 0x00000119 can be caused by some video scheduling software. Do you have a TV/Video capture card in your computer?
Alternatively this can be caused by bad, incompatible or corrupt drivers.

Have also removed Spybot.

On bootup I got a new BSOD. Now it's okay I think?
