Bsod won't let me go into any booting mode or start windows 0x000000d1

Hi,

I am new here and desperately need your help.
Before crashing, my computer (Dell studio laptop) lost all network connections after a restart prompted by norton. I tried to fix it in every way possible and noticed multiple errors in both network adapter and bluetooth devices (had no idea how to interpret though)

After using command prompt as administrator with various commands to no avail,I tried to restart and launch Windows repair system (might have pressed a few wrong f buttons in the process, computer got angry and beeped). Since then, I am in the following morbid loop and very very worried since not all my files are backed up:
System repair says it cannot fix computer automatically
Every booting option I tried won't work (all safemodes etc) I cannot get windows to start therefore cannot backup or download anything.
Windows just restarts and flashes Bosd repeatedly very fast and then restarts again. I disabled automatic reset and was able to read the stop screen. It says:

Driver irql not less or equal

Error code is : 0x000000d1

I suspect it might be due to some updates that were not installed properly to norton or windows but I cannot access them now due to this unfortunate situation

Please please help I really have no idea what to do and it is my main work tool I have costumers and deadlines etc... need your help

Thanks in advance

Hi Maya

Use the Parted Magic live CD to boot in Live CD envirnoment

Go to the respective Partition to backup all the important files and

Then once done do a clean install of windows.

NOTE: Do follow the link here if using live CD is new to you
