You will want to select Y, and then reboot the computer if it doesn't do so automatically, Check Disk will then begin checking the file system for any errors. Please leave the program to complete, it may appear to stop and freeze at points, but I sure you it's still running.

This should be your correct model - WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD Green / GP

in addition , my copy of windows is not original it's modified by someone , so like u know the modified copy of windows probably can't be fix !!
