I believe it's a problem with the voltage delivery to the CPU, so it's either: BIOS / PSU / Motherboard
let's tackle them one at a time.

As I mentioned in a previous post of mine MSI has released a new BIOS, the description doesn't hold much information (none at all really) about the changes made so I would hold this for last.
I'd go with what Arc said about setting all the UEFI to Legacy, first.

I need to have the BIOS data to know further, can you post it?

Do you have another (known good) PSU to verify the is indeed the PSU, it will save you the cost of an RMA.

The motherboard is a semi-likely candidate, I strongly believe in a PSU / BIOS fault.

My PC will not actually turn on anymore, the fans aren't turning on, nothing :/ so I can't get hold of anything on it. Any idea what to do?

Re-seat the power cables. Does it make the PSU fan on? If not, change the PSU.

I don't think the fan spins until it is under load anyway :/

    Solved (i hope)

I RMA'ed my four main components. A bent pin was found on the mobo. This has been replaced and it is working fine (as of now). Thank you for all your help guys. :)
