BSOD when returning from sleep state

In addition, it often says it can't start the screen saver before it goes to sleep (probably not related, but who knows... thought I'd mention it). I keep forgetting to write down which error it displays, if it happens before it's resolved, I'll make sure to do so.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I sort of panic bought this PC a while ago out of necessity. I fear it's been a waste of money, though it has gotten me through thus far.

BSOD happened again. "Attempt to reset display driver and recover from timeout failed" "STOP 0x00000116"
I'm assuming the only dump you need is the one with the modified date of 8/2/2013, but I've left the others in case they may be of some use.
To be clear, this is the same BSOD message I had been getting, not a new one.

Your installation is counterfeit, you have a Lenovo OEM_SLP key, on what looks like a custom built computer, with parts from Dell from looking at the MSINFO32 file. Please format and install with a genuine key.
