    Yes you have :)

I went over your dump files and there isn't a finite conclusion that can be drawn
from them due to the inconsistent bugchecks and drivers "at fault".

    I suggest you run:

    1) RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Take special care of Part 3 of the tutorial!
If no errors were found, run Driver Verifier.
    2) Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Did you try burning it (method 2)?

got it working from the USB now, i'll leave it on overnight as it suggests, hoping its not a problem with my ram, near new laptop, only happens on Cubase not when playing games or anything :/ strange

Please update your Atheros network adapter driver from either your model support page/motherboard support page, or the Atheros website here - ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

Check Device Manager for the model for the Atheros driver if downloading from the Atheros website.

We can from the call stack, all the calls seem to related to freeing a pool allocation.

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:
