    BSOD - 0x0000001E

    Hello,

I have a user who keeps having BSOD's occur. I have zipped up the necessary files to be analyzed. Can someone please let me know what is causing them? Thank you in advance!

    Welcome to SevenForums!

The .zip you attached does not contain dump files.
Make sure your computer is configured correctly to create dump files - Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

You can always check manually for them by looking in:

    C:\Windows\system32\minidump

If there are .dmp files zip them and attach them here.

Ah, seems the PC wasn't configured for creating any dump files. I set it and will have to wait till it happens again. Thanks!

Make sure you run SF Diagnostic Tool again when it occurs!
