The installation is counterfeit.
The Product Key is an OEM_SLP Key from an HP machine - but this machine was manufactured before Windows 7 was released, and cannot therefore support such a Key, quite apart from the fact that the motherboard is a retail one, and cannot therefore support the Key either.
A hacker's Activation Exploit has been used to bypass activation and validation.
You need to reformat and reinstall using legitimate media and Key.
