BSoD 116 when using GPU - GeForce GTX 670

Hello, a couple days ago I was playing Skyrim and the game crashed. When I went to reboot my computer it would load to the windows logo and restart again.
    GeForce 320.49 Driver

    Version 320.49 - WHQL
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 116
    BCP1: FFFFFA801233E010
    BCP2: FFFFF88005BC8E30
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 0000000000000002
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0

I've tried a couple things. I've uninstalled the drivers for the gpu and it would work (but I couldn't play any games) but when I would clean install the drivers, it would do the boot loop again.

I've added the files from the Sevenforums diagnostic tool in a zip.

    Hi Soulstryfe.

A stop 0x116 is a display/graphics related BSOD, And from what you have stated, it appears to be a failing GPU. but before being sure, we need to try some other steps.

The 320.49 WHQL driver is known to be buggy in some cases. Try another version which works good there, say 314.22 WHQL.

    • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
      • 3D Vision Control Driver
      • 3D Vision Driver
      • Graphics Driver
      • HD Audio Driver
      • PhysX
      • nvidia Update

(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
    • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
    • Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

Is it causing the same issue with 314.22 WHQL, too? If so, skip the further steps and report us back.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.

Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

    Let us know the results.

Click on the checkboxes in front of nvidia-Display and nvidia-PhysX, and proceed. Dont select anything more. Even not nvidia-chipset.

Can you use the on-board graphics? If so, use it and let us know about these two ...

To use the onboard graphics, you need to connect the VGA/DVI cable to the motherboard's end rather than the GPU's end. This area ....

Just to check that if it is BSODing in the same way or not.
